The Spirit who impels one to proclaim Jesus Christ burned in the heart of Marie Rivier. For her, transmitting the Good News was a necessity. I would like to see the fervor of the Apostles in the community, ablaze with the love of Jesus Christ. -Marie Rivier |

At the beginning of the third millennium, the urgency of evangelization remains. The Church summons all baptized:
God is preparing a great springtime for the Gospel... We must increase our apostolic zeal to pass on to others the light and the joy of faith and to this high ideal the whole people of God must be educated.
-John Paul II
Marie Rivier, woman of the Word, wanted her religious family to be totally oriented toward the explicit proclamation of Jesus Christ, especially to children and young people, with particular attention to the least favored.
How I would want our Congregation to carry the fire of the love of God and the knowledge of Jesus Christ everywhere!
-Marie Rivier
It is impossible for us not to speak about what we have seen and heard.
Our apostolate commands us from within and springs forth from our love of Christ.
It is effective inasmuch as we surrender to Him so that He may speak and act in us, for without Him we can do nothing.

Christian education of youth, the mission proper to the Congregation, was inspired by God to our Foundress and recognized by the Church. By entrusting it to us,the Lord wishes again today to instill in our hearts, for the children and the young that he sends to us, the same love with which He inflamed the heart of Marie Rivier.
